My Healthy Recipe: Ginger Tea With Dairy Creamer

21313152660_healthy-nutrition.jpgWhen I get Cold and Flu or Cough, I usually make this hot Ginger tea drink because its makes me feel warm, relax and it made my throat feels better. One day, accidentally I create this recipe: Ginger tea mixed with dairy creamer. I try to add a sachet of dairy creamer to my ginger tea then when I taste it, I think the taste seems more delicious. Here I want to share with you how I made my ginger tea mixed with dairy creamer, it’s simple.

What you should need:

Ginger (peel the skin)

Palm sugar or brown sugar (if you don’t have both then sugar its ok)

Water

Dairy creamer

Cinnamon stick

How to make it:

For 200cc ginger tea; first, mashed the ginger (take about the size of your thumbs) and put it into glass. Add200cc+ of hot water into the glass and mix it. After a while, try to pour the mixed waters with mashed ginger into another glass by filtering the ginger. 

Then add dairy creamer (1 cup of teaspoon) and sugar palm sugar or brown sugar (2 cups of teaspoon) into the filtering ginger water. Mix well with cinnamon stick, and then stand it for a moment. After that you can try it.

Note: You can use instant ginger tea that sale on the market if you want to make it easier. And just add the dairy creamer on your ginger tea then mixed it well.
