All year round losing fat is a major issue for millions of men all around the world. In the early part of the year however, we are bombarded by the latest diet fads and tools on the market.

Weight training, otherwise know as resistance training is important for building muscle and speeding up metabolism. This alone makes your body burn fat even while you are not exercising.
